I don't understand why there are bad reviews of this place. My fiance and I have lived here for almost a year now and we love it. The one bedroom with a study is awesome...the kitchen is really nice with brand new appliances and cabinetry, the bathrooms are spacious, the tub is huge. Sure it's easy to nitpick about things but, compared to other apartments in BCS, Royal Oaks is really nice, clean, and quiet. The office staff is very friendly and maintenance ALWAYS fixes things immediately. We definitely recommend living here!!

Maintanence is great!!!!! but staff sucks! not to mention... did she say quiet??? where did she live??
