Good: Nice location, ample parking day or night... people shouting "howdy neighbor", free Aerofit next door is great, cable HBO included in the rent, nice floor plans, W/D included, did I mention that it was a good location'
Bad: Walls are very thin. If you get the wrong neighbors it can be horrible when you are trying to get some sleep, but otherwise it is not so bad. Electric bills are higher than you would expect based on the size and newness of my apartment. Office staff sucks, but the maintenance guy is nice. Prices are higher than they should be based on the quality of the apartments.
Ugly: Be on the lookout for raccoons... in your apartment!!! Also, the manager is a horrible ----- and everyone that lives there hates her. She ignores any problems that you have and will make you wonder why you ever signed up to live there.
