First and foremost, ------- is not a "wonderful manager". This woman, if that's what she classifies as, is absolutely useless.Anything on this site that says otherwise was written by employees of hers and even HERSELF! She continually refuses to take action when it comes to finding out who the responsible party is for noise complaints. FALSELY, I have been accused of noise violations and was cited for excessive noise for dates to which I was not even in town. Furthermore, I was threatened by a neighbor who flashed a gun license over noise at 2 in the morning on my front door step. She actually defended the guy, stating that he was trying to "solve" the problem peacefully. I had to contact police over the issue who then described the man as intoxicated. However, there was no action taken on the part of the complex and I must continue to deal with this issue alone! ------- even told me he was the one filing complaints, which is against policy because we would all like to remain annonymous when filing complaints! Knowing that this is now a personal vendetta, she continues to cite us for noise on HIS behalf! What' This is HARRASSMENT that is actually being fueled by the complex management! Unfortunately, this building is a little old feeling, even though it wasnt built long ago, and noise seems to travel. Slamming doors has also become an issue because it rattles the entire building ur in. Determining where it comes from doesnt seem to matter... if u get blamed by a neighbor, even falsely, u will be cited and are then posed with the hassle of having to clear ur name. too many of these can result in eviction.!!! Seems like in this complex, U are guilty until proven innocent! If u like sleep or peace and quiet, Do NOT make royal Oaks your new home. The fact that she has been complained on sooooo many time that she has to give kudos to herself on this site should be enough for anyone to second guess this place. EVERYONE who complains on her cannot ALL be crazy!.......

personal info like names? u mean like all the times you write ur own names in reviews giving urself kudos? Bet u tell yourself you look pretty while staring at yourself in the mirror too. ha! Now that's sad. As far as the housing act goes.. I wouldn't know.... it's not my life's ambition to be an apartment manager. Do urself a favor and go back to school. U are not good at what u do.... i dont need to write a name for you to know who im talkin to. and speaking of slander... Funny how your vocabulary is limited to name calling insults... and why is it you can't help but respond to these comments.. maybe u have the "major issue" when it comes to preventing the truth about this complex getting out on this web page u sooo often surf. Let it go and let me be entitled to my opinion. Ur just mad cause i revealed that u write comments on this page about urself... u didnt want people to know that did you? want perspective residence to have to find out on their own after they are locked into a contract. Sounds like ur trying to "screw people" over and are just mad because i exposed u for the fake u are. Let's see if u write back... Bet u will! It's like an itch u can't scratch.. huh? LOL.

OK so the girl who has written this review is obliviously the same one who has written a bad response on all the good ones and has nothing better to do with her time. Look lady if you are such an unhappy person and dislike someone that much you have a major issue. Sounds like you have a problem following the rules and the management is just doing their job. This is obviously a very troubled woman who has to slander and put down others to make herself feel better. IM sure everyone will be happy to get rid of her.
