The place is nice enough. The comments about the train tracks cannot be accurate enough. When you first move in they will drive you absolutely nuts, but you get used to it after a while and you hardly notice it and quite frankly you really can't avoid the annoyance of the trains in either Bryan or College Station. It is very conveniently located and easy access to Texas A&M Campus; just a little over a mile away. The office staff is generally pretty helpful and the maintenance staff takes great care of the facilities. The apartments could use some updating, but you get more than what you pay for here. I feel secure and safe here with my family and it is really pretty kid friendly without being totally geared towards kids. Parking is never a hassle.
My only complaint is that we have a problem with sugar ants in our apartment and they haven't really made a huge effort to get rid of the them. They do spray for bugs regularly, so the ants are manageable. However, we would like them gone so we don't have to put all our food into tupperware containers.
