Lot of trouble for an average apartment

I lived in Saddlewood for a year and am glad to have finally moved out. The apartment was average. There was new carpet when I moved in, but it was not even installed correctly. I could here the people upstairs whispering, thats how thin the walls were. I think the maintenance and management staff was what made Saddlewood a bad living experience for me. They never registered my rent on time and a late charge slip was on my door every other month. They came to my door two months before my lease was up and wanted to know when I was going to give a 30 day notice. They tried to charge me for cigarette butts outside my door that weren't even mine. They tried to bill me for outrageous move out charges that took months for them to correct. The pool was always filled with filthy kids who did not live there so my kids were never allowed to swim in the pool. People would jump the fence to leave the complex. Trash was always collecting right in front of the complex, nice touch. Who has time to deal with all this' Not me.
