We moved here about 3 yrs ago to continue our education. We thought the place looked nice and well maintained. In the last 6-8 months management/maintenance has fallen off a cliff. The tenants we've recently encountered will not doubt turn this place into a ghetto really soon (Domestic violence, multiple noise violations, car thefts). They have no respect for your personal space/property. Someone on America's Most Wanted was apprehended here not too long ago!
