well for one, they're very strict out here. The leasing agents and the manager is are very nosy and and tend to stay in there tenants business instead of their own. They are so strict on everything in saddle wood and quick to pass out violations. and i think if you get three then your evicted. also they walk themselves into your home. lets say the office agents or the manager is knocking on your door and you don't open it. they walk themselves in with there key. parking out here is crazy. there are so many parking spaces but visitors have to park in visitor parking which for my guest is on the other side of the entire apartment complex, they don't put into the fact that some people have babies, and so on and have to walk about 7 min. to get to where they're going. my friends won't even come and visit me because of the long walk from visitor parking to my place. it's crazy. and then they tow anyone who doesn't have a parking pass. for instance my neighbor had a friend come over, her friend was just running in to get something she had left over there as she was in the looking for what ever it was she was looking for the tow men were hooking her car onto there truck and we were telling them she was coming right out she was just picking up something and they demanded 40 dollars to drop her car, and she stated she didn't have money to pay that cause she had to pay for her daughters daycare and she needed to get to work tomorrow and they said well its 40 dollars to drop it or 160 at the lot. so at the end of the day she didn't have the money, and her and her daughter were stuck in saddle wood with no transportation. i think the towing is extremely unnecessary. the tow men are very rude, and they laugh in peoples face like its funny, and are quick to call the police not telling them what they've been saying and doing as well. the officers are rude to and have not told only me but 2 other people i know out in saddle wood that if they had to come to my apartment again then they would take me to jail and my child to cps. all over a complaint of loud noise. thats what we get. oh yeah then a violation. so take it from me don't move to saddle wood. im looking for some where else to live now.
