This is the worst place to live! We have had numerous problems with loud, violent neighbors. The management is horrible!!! Most tenants are very disrespectful. The Manager tries too hard to fit in but is failing in everything important. We've had many problems with plumbing and they take thier sweet time coming to fix things. Kids run around unsupervised all day long. Domestic violence is a huge problem, police are here all the time! The volleyball court is a favorite toilet for pranksters. The playground is falling apart but the managers office has just been completely remodeled. Parking is a joke, visitor parking is sparce, people getting towed all the time. Apartment and car break ins. Teenagers vandolizing property in plain day light. 5 year olds cussing while playing with older kids. Supposed to be a gated community,entry gate has been broken for the last 7 months but the exit gate works, go figure. Manager moody, rude, short, treats you with no respect.
We hope our children will never have to live in a place like this again. We are out of here as soon as our lease is up.
The only reason we liked it was the good price and close proximity to A&M, husband in grad school. We sincerly would not recommend this place to anyone! I would rather have paid more in rent than live here.
