I have lived there for a year, and the apartment is really nice. It was brand new when we moved it, some minor changes were needed such as turning up the hot water heater and fixing the bug problem, but both were taken care of. The staff on the other hand is awful. The property manager, Kim Surovik, is no other than satin. She is very unprofessional, and has no customer service skills whatsoever. If you are a college kid, she does not like you. She thinks that this is not a place for college kids and will try to talk you out of it. It is very expensive for Bryan.

I have been at Signature Park since Aug '03. It's extremely true that Kim tried to talk all college kids out of moving there. I am a college student and when I was considering moving there she made sure to stress the fact it's not on the shuttle, other students don't really live here, etc. Luckily things have changed, and she is longer working here. The management is extremely friendly and seem even as if they want to get to know you. When they say they're pet friendly they more than that. Deborah, the new manager, always asks about my dogs or if I have them with me she always takes time out to play with them even when she has a nice clothes on.
