This is absolutely without a doubt the best apartment I've ever lived in. I have lived in 5 complexes here in B/CS and 2 in California, and this outclasses all of them by a LONG shot! For all the people complaining on this website, I'd like to know if they have EVER lived in an apt before. This is the QUIETEST apt I've ever lived in. Granted, I am on the top floor, but I have been on the top floor in other complexes, and this is still the quietest. I have NEVER lived in an apt where you never heard your neighbors. The construction is great-the quality of appliances, lighting, etc. The closet space is abundant, the patio is ideal, and the view is spectacular. I have never lived in an apt where I wanted to stay, but here I have no desire to move until I absolutely have to. Please, do not let the negative comments on this site influence your decision to move here. I have to admit that those comments did plant little seeds of doubt in my mind before I moved in here, but I am so glad I trusted my gut instinct that those people had nothing better to do than complain, b/c this place is the best!!!!
