The apartment is very spacious. However, the walls are thin, and you can hear everything going on around you. The people upstairs had a habit of vacuuming at 5:00 A.M. twice a week (of which we heard every second of). We had a severe ant infestation for several months (we spent about $20.00 per week on ant killer and replacing food). We live on the second floor, with people above and below us. They love to have the grass mowed at 8:00 in the morning, and there is no escaping the noise! The bedroom heats and cools too well, while the living rooms does not heat or cool at all. Traci and Julie in management have always been very helpful, however, Kim is the ultimate *#@$* manager. She was nice upon move-in, but has been extremely rude ever since. If you are young and look like a college student (neither me nor my wife are in college, but are young), she will treat you like you shouldn't exist. The hot tub never seems too work. I got chewed out by Kim because I turned the heater on, but she said it didn't work (It worked fine the day before when we turned it on....go figure). The apartment seemed like a nice place to live. However, primarily due to the presence of KIM, it has turned out to be a nightmare, and we are ever-so anxious to move out. I would not recommend my worst enemy to live here. Maybe if it was half the price, it might be worth it, but seeing as how it is the most expensive complex in B/CS, it is a complete and utter joke.
