The best student-free enviroment in B/CS

I have lived in the signature park apartments for approximately two years now, and I must say it is by far the best student-free apartment complex in the area. My neighbors are mostly young families who do not make much noise and I have never lost any sleep to a loud party. I must say the management and maintenance staff are always helpful, especially Bill, he is the greatest. As I mentioned earlier if you are a young professional this is the place for you, if your a loud obnoxious student, LOOK ELSE WHERE!!
