Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Before you rent here think about just leasing a duplex, same price, bigger, and do not have to deal with ever changeing mix of incompetant employees at Signature Park. I always paid my rent on time, never cuased problems, left the apartment on damaged after liveing there over two years, and yet did not receive any of deposit back! Not worth the investment!
