Signature Park Apartments are very nice looking inside and out. They are a little pricey as well. The quality of the buildings is poor. Our tub caulk is cracked all to pieces, there are cracks in the walls, poor insulation around doors and windows, etc. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond, but incompetent. The insulation as far as noise goes would be the worst part of these apartments. We can hear everything that our upstairs neighbors do. The ceiling creaks and squeaks every time they walk and you can hear every single footstep that they take. Water pipes in the walls clink, clank, and knock every time either yourself or your neighbors use the water. My suggestion is, if you?re looking for a place that is aesthetically pleasing, pick Signature Park. If you also would like a place that is built well and a place where you cannot hear every aspect of your neighbors lives (television, radio, conversations, defecations, urinations, sexual escapes, shutting cabinets, morning alarms, and virtually EVERY WAKING STEP THEY MAKE), pass on Signature Park and find a place that is built with a little more structural integrity.
