Nice place, poor service

I lived at Signature Park for 2 years. They are, by far the nicest places in town- but the staff definately wears that on their sleeves. My work orders were never fixed properly, there were massive bug problems- and the staff was never willing to put any effort into seeing that they were taken care of- this could be because we were college students and they turned their noses up at us (which last time I checked this is a fair housing issue). Needless to say, I stayed away from the clubhouse as mush as possible-which is a shame because it is a very pretty area.
