First I'd like to say I'm not a person that complains much, I'm pretty easy going. However, I haven't moved out yet, but this place is awful. Maintenance guys are great they always get things done and usually done right, but Deborah is an incompetent snot and useless. Our floor fell through! Liza tried to say it was no big deal and we should step over it, and even tried to show me how to step over it!!! In defense of Shellie, I must say she is great, very pleasant to deal with and she bent over backwards to help us out when we had move in issues. (Our apartment hadn't been cleaned!!!) We caught them entering our apartment without permission and they lied about it, multiple times. Deborah also said that the time maintenance came in and forgot to leave a note was no big deal because it was just "one time". WHAT IF I FORGOT TO PAY RENT JUST "ONE TIME"''' That would be a big deal, I think people entering my apartment at all hours and not leaving notices of entry is a big deal! They also told us we had an unauthorized pet, which was a lie because Liza told us that pets could visit, and tried to turn my roommate and I against each other by telling each of us seperately that we had reported each other, also a lie. This place is pretty, but over priced, and the oil derrick in the back is loud. If management would change it might be better, but moving here would be the mistake of a lifetime, but moving here if you're a college student would be even worse. If you want more horror stories email me, I'd be glad to share the entire list of them, everything from lies to trespassing to constructions issues, I've got the stories. I wish I could give office staff a rating of zero. Safety here is a joke, people follow each other in the gates like crazy, and the fence ends right around the side of building 14. People park on the street and walk around the fence. Parking gets pretty crowded, but I've never had any trouble finding a decent spot. This place sucks. I'm in the process of reporting them to TAA and the Better Business Bureau, and petitioning for new management. If I'm going to those lengths, you know it can't just be a few petty issues. This is hard ball.
