While the interior fixtures, carpet, paint, etc... are well above average for B/CS there a few imperfections to expect with any apartment. My particular apartment was on the third and top floor of the complex which gave me excellent views but the A/C could not keep up with the heat outside. The unit would run the entire day and the living room would still be above 80 degrees. This is a combination of poor vent placement as well as inadequate insulation in the ceiling. My only other complaint is with the noise that could be heard through the walls. This is probably another byproduct of deficient insulation.

The staff was always friendly and maintenance was without exception excellent. However, I do not recommend Signature Park given the poor insulation and the lack of sound barriers between apartments. There are too many apartment complexes in the B/CS area that are less expensive yet offer comparable features.
