Finally, apartments with some class. At long last someone built apartments that you're not embarrassed to take your family to see. The apartment sizes are large and they are decorated with a modern flare. I no longer have to settle for the old dumps that have been around since the beginning of time and that are infested with students, their drunken friends, and endless hours of constant noise. The staff genuinely cares about you unlike most apartments. Maintenance is great! They take care of things quickly. I highly recommend Signature Park to anyone who is looking for a nice updated apartment without all the noise. Bryan / College Station needed new apartments like Signature Park and they are worth every penny.
