You may think that the exterior and even interior view of Signature Park deems it worthy of your company. Please reconsider.
Firstly, the poor structural design of the complex leads to MANY problems. The walls, cellings, and floors are so poorly insulated that you can hear EVERY move of the tennants around you. You can hear EVERYTHING, EVERYONE does. This includes, but is not limited to: conversations, showers, water draning, cabinets shutting, toilet flushes, alarm clocks, walking, running, jumping, tip-toeing, bedroom moments, children playing and the list goes on... and on... and on. A week after I moved in, my bedroom was taken over by ants. I called the front office for assistance, the assistance NEVER came. The air conditioning unit works great in the living room, but the rest of the house is awfully warm due to the Texas heat. The cheap paint on the wall shows EVERY smudge and is impossible to clean. Wildlife comes INSIDE the complex. At first the large families of deer were neat, but when the armadillo started digging in the flowerbeds, that was my last straw.
The on-site staff is TERRIBLY rude. From the first time I set foot on this property, Traci had been arrogant and unhelpful. Today, I was dealt with in the most unprofessional way. I was yelled at and hung up on by Traci (a leasing agent). I was also told the problem was "my fault." I thouht this was a customer service business, but I guess I was wrong.
Parking is AWFUL. I pay for covered parking and my car was actually towed (by request of the leasing agents) from my covered spot. I was stranded and had to be picked up by the towing company. The cost of the towing was almost $90, and the leasing agents claimed it was my fault.
I could go on for hours. I normally do not listen to ratings online, but PLEASE DO NOT LIVE IN SIGNATURE PARK!!!
