I love living in this place! I love the place but not the price. We have the bigger one bedroom/ one bathroom but the price is that of a house payment or a two bedroom.
We never really have had a problem like other people have admitted on here. No spider problem. No air conditioning problem. No thin walls. I havent heard my neighbors next to us and they have dogs! The couple of times our air conditioner wasn't working it was due to the coolant or the fuse or something burnt out. The staff came the same day I called and fixed it. The parking is a little ridiculus at night but its not horendous like some are making it out to be. It really is a nice place to live with friendly people. I havent had any trouble with the staff that everyone is complaining about. They are very professional and are always willing to help you out.
