I had problems with the newer management (they have been there a year now) not fixing fire alarms in the building I was in, and then the apartments weren't built well with a half inch gap between the door and window in it on the balcony also the building would creak on windy days and that I don't me stormy day I mean sunny windy days. I also had to have them come out several times to fix my dryer and once for AC.
Then were I was at I heard all of the traffic and always heard the people above me too.
Then I still have yet to get back my deposit refund and it has been about 6-7 months since I moved out that I took back because the check was made out to the wrong people. I have it all in writing I just haven't had time to really go after it and to be honest I really don't care now due to the hassle. It makes me leary of crescent point who is run by the same upper management as signature park.
I will say that the management that I started the contract under was awesome though but the moved.

Just becuase Crescent Pionte is owned by the same company, it doesn't mean the office managment is the same. I have lived at Crescent Pionte since it opened and I love it. The management staff is awesome and the maintenance guys rock. Don't let the reputation of one property affect your decesion on another.

The funny thing is that the person managing cresent point came from signature park. When These people leased at signature park it was under the old managment that went to cresant point...cresent point managment didnt care back then and they dont care now...THE NEW MANAGER AT SIGNATURE PARK IS AWESOME...Mrs Burkhalter has been very understanding with our needs here...When she goes we will follow..You couldnt ask for a better person to do business with.
