I am a current tenant of this complex and I like it a lot. Maybe because I live near the front and I am close to everything. They are overpriced, but I'm relatively happy. I feel safe here and there's not a bunch of parties or wild college kids. I have old neighbors under my apartment who complained about everything we did, from bringing in groceries to letting my cats run around. But they have since left us alone. The walls are pretty thin, but I can't think of much else to gripe about. It's relatively quiet, I hardly have to deal with management but when they are nice and helpful when I do. Maybe because I'm not a student, maybe they just like me, I don't know. I love the fact that they pick up trash at the buildings (still hard to get my husband to take it down those stairs lol) The maintenance guys are always helpful and courteous. It's a real step up from where I was before (Doux Chene) but with how the economy is right now, I just need a cheaper place. I really don't want to move but I probably will. Parking only sucks when huge trucks park across multiple spots, or late at night and all the good spots are taken...but it's still lighted and safe. They make owners pick up the poop. I love that the apt comes with a washer and dryer (at no extra cost)
