I've lived here for 6 months now and really like it. It's quiet and the neighbors are friendly. I've only had two maintenance requests since I've been here and they took care of the problems right away. All the units are very large inside and they have a lots of storage for an apartment. The owner lives at the apt building and the maintenance man is very knowledgeable.
