The Presidio Apartments

Dirty, nasty place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/25/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   My apartment has a nice layout and is somewhat attractive. However, the complex is covered in dog poo since the owners don't pick it up and management doesn't seem to care. In fact, when the grass is mowed dog poo gets stuck in the lawn mower tires then stuck all over the sidewalks. Not only do you get to smell poop all the time but you have to dodge poop mines as you walk - on the sidewalk! Lovely...And there is usually trash blowing about the property because, once again, the residents are messy and the management doesn't care. Maintenance also seems to be in question, when you put in a request nothing happens. We did have a major parking space crisis and they added about 10 new spots, that helps. But does not overcome the poop. Management should charge dog rent and then pick up the poop themselves.
