This is by far the worst place I've ever lived. My electric bill is through the roof thanks to the poor insulation in these apartments and the crappy a/c units that they have. When I signed my lease, there was an on-site management company. It changed to United before I moved in and I was happy with the response times to maintenance requests. But then Equity took over and it has been a terrible experience. These people barge into your apartment WHILE you're there, don't bother to call anyone back, cut off the water for hours at a time without telling you (and when you call the office to see what's going on, they tell you to call BTU yourself because they don't know/care), tape late rent notices to your door (when I'd already paid) and are all around unprofessional and rude.

Back to the apartment though, mine is remodeled on the inside, but it's SOOOO small. Trust me, there are better options out there. And some of the people that live here are scary. I've been woken up at 4am on Tuesday nights to the sound of underground rap music blaring from a car in the parking lot one too many times. As a female student living on her own here, I don't feel safe. I can't wait to move out. Find somewhere else to live.
