This hell-like ghetto is the worst place I've ever lived!!! The manager Anna is a greedy pig. The only thing she knows is counting money and keep as much deposit as she can. She charges you for things that previous tenants did and never listens to your explanation. People living in the complex are most low-income level people and your neighbors can be drug-dealers and prostitutes. It is just next to the railroad. Before you move in, they would tell you that trains seldom pass by. But in fact, trains come by at least once an hour even after midnight and before dawn. 90% of the trains scream by not just pass by quietly. One of my friends' car was hit badly in the parking lot when she's sleeping in her apartment, and the manager said it was none of their business. If you want to live a shorter life, this is a good place for you to achieve your goal!!!

I live here at Villa West and i believe this review to be completely wrong. The manager is not a greedy pig, she just wants you to pay your rent, what is so wrong about that? I love living here and if i need to talk to the manager about anything she is always there for me. The train doesn't come by once an hour and you barely hear it inside of your apartment. I'm a female and weigh about 130 pounds and i can walk around the apartment complex and never feel in fear at all, the residence are so nice and ive never had a problem with anyone around here. The rent is well priced maint. is great the office staff is excellent. i love my apartment!
