living here was a very nice experience, the office staff and maintenance guys were always helpful. (took a few times to repair my heater-wall unit for an efficiency apt, but i survived) when i first moved in, they had rent coupons, but when the lease renewed, rent went up and the only deals were a new ceiling fan or carpet shampoo. they let you paint whatever color, as long as you paint it back and they provide the paint! very cool.
downside: dog poo is all over the grass, these people have no respect for others. management tries to get people to tattle on the dog owners who don't scoop by offering them reward money, but they should just hire someone to do that as their job instead, because it never worked. how would dog owners like it if i just dumped my cat litter in the grass' not pleasant. otherwise, living there was like a very expensive, very small slice of heaven.
