I lived here for 5 years, and gave these people a plethora of money, and when I moved out, they sent me a letter saying that I had "2 months of unpaid rent", and I had to pay them even more money. I didn't even receive my deposit back! I even had a month of rent paid ahead, and the scumbag manager (not the current manager) took money from the credit that I had without even notifying me of it, for cleaning charges, $400.00 worth! The units are fine, except for the fact that I could hear everything my neighbors were doing, and vice versa. It took them 2 years to fix my air conditioning, in the dead heat of summer! The maintenance people change frequently, and it's always someone new, so you never know who's just walking into your apartment. There was hardly ever any parking, since there wasn't assigned parking, so you had to fight for a decent spot. If you happen to be out late on night, expect to park on the other side of the complex, and walk to your building. I can't tell you how many times I had to park at least 4 buildings away from my own! This place is a nightmare. People just waltz into your space, unannounced, and only knock once before they start to barge in on you. I actually had the maintenance guy try and come in to my dwelling while I was in the restroom! No respect for others! This was my first apartment, and it will be my last!

Most people do not like change. We are in one of Galindo Group's sister apartments. You need to be careful when you rent and review not only the apartments but the managing group as well. As a whole, we lost as tenants when the Galindo Group took over our apartment complex. Our water bills doubled and sometimes tripled. The manager is great but his assistant manager is not honest and disrespectful. As a grandparent... parents look elsewhere to rent for your college students.
