This complex has an older population. If you are looking for a young, college feel, this isn't the place for you. On the other hand, if you prefer a peaceful, quiet area and don't see the point of Animal House-type parties, this is a nice place to live.

The staff is friendly. The only maintenance problems I had in 2 years were having freon added to the A/C and wasps getting in the kitchen exhaust vent. It is an older complex, though, so there are not a lot of extra amenities.

The rent was reasonable, although it went up while I was there. The location is convenient to Bryan and to College Station.
