Like that already written, maintenance and management is absolutely horrible. IF repairs get made, they are rarely under 2 weeks. Many times work orders were never even written. Also, if you want an apartment that stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter, this is not the place. Everything leaks....windows, doors, attic doors, etc and the AC units are far from maintained. Mine 'needs freon' every month. This review would have been EXCELLENT if the OLD management was here still, once they left and the new came in its been downhill.
