I have lived at WIllow Oaks for a year and a half and I am counting the days until my lease is up in August. My apartment is filled with roaches. My hot water heater, dishwasher, and frig have all broken in the span of a year. My electric bill for my small one bedroom apartment is never less then $95. The management is rude. I share attic space with three of my neighbors and one of them smokes so my entire house smell like smoke at times. The only plus is that the living room is large, their is a fenced patio, and there is always parking. I do not recommend this apartment.
