Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
good- cheap rent, big windows, big trees, built in desk, veeeeery spacious for an efficiency

bad- laundry stolen (a LOT of laundry), car broken in to, witnessed domestic abuse, dark parking lots, poor appearance of pool area, not in a very biker friendly area.
