Management very disorganized.

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
On multiple occations, management did not have a clue as to what was going on with my case (apartment information). Even on deposit refund, I did not receive a copy of the move-out deductions when I received the check, and even when I did get a copy from them, they had the amount of rent wrong!
They're very disorganized and getting any maintenance done on the apartment was a nightmare. Fixing the air conditioning took on average 3 days! It broke 3 times in a 6-month period!
