I moved to Willow Oaks apartments a year ago, about 2 months before the new owners and management took over. Before, the management was very short with me. Now, they are very personable and make a great effort to know their residents and help them out as much as possible. I've never had problems with maintanance. All requests I've made are taken care of within a day. I've never had problems with my neighbors, or with loud noises. The apartments are very quiet, as is the complex. The new owners have made a big investment in updating the complex; new shutters on all the buildings, they've powerwashed the brick and siding and are about to repaint all of the siding. There's a good mix of people and it is NOT a "student living" community, which is great for me (being in college) because Im not distracted by noise or partying. Parking is great, you get one convered, reserved spot and uncovered parking is unlimited. Landscapers come once a week to mow and take care of the plants. The property is very well maintained.
