So many things wrong (a/c, termites, structure problems, etc) - The first apartment at The Grove was horrible! It had some major cracks in the walls that started from the first floor up to the second floor. The extended area upstairs was not level. I am talking about very noticeably non level. When walking on the extended area, you could feel the slope and our furniture was leaning. You could place a pen on the nightstand and it would roll off. The ...Full review of Grove Apartments

Use Caution - The rent is low and they do not have a weight limit for pets. Seems to be a safe complex, though some of the surrounding area is questionable. Next to a great grocery store. However, the small office staff seems to be untrained and disorganized, the apartments are old and pretty worn, the paint job in the apartments is very messy, and we had to do quite a bit of cleaning when ...Full review of Quail Hollow Apartments

Great Place to Live - We moved into a one bedroom apt at the end of March and just transferred into a 2BR/2Ba apt. We had one or two issues in our old apt. and several in the apt. that we are currently in, but as soon as we reported it, the maintenance staff was right on it. We have found that both the management staff and maintenance staff are friendly, curteous and respond quickly to any and all ...Full review of Brookside Apartments

Outdated - Everything is guaranteed to break. It usually takes several tries for maintenance to get it fixed. Example-water leak from the a/c has stained the carpet inspite of the fact that I repeatedly steam cleaned the water to extract it-because maintenance was not doing it-and now I am responsible for the cost of the carpet. Good luck if you have to deal with management or maintenace. ...Full review of Willow Oaks Apartments

-Anonymous- says: My Stay I didn't have the most money to spend on my apartment in college. I had to work full time and go to school and at times barely got by. But I will say that for an older property it was very nice. The people in the office were always nice to me and really cared about how I was doing. ..full review of Country Place Apartments

Just_the_Facts says: Quite, Older Complex This is a good place to live if you want a cheaper place and don't need the nice, luxury apartment. The rent is cheap, but the electric bill can be a little more expensive because of the apartment's inefficiency. i.e. older AC, gaps in the door, ect. ..full review of Country Place Apartments
