For the place and the price- too high! Security gates- no purpose, someone can follow you in and half the time the left one doesn't shut. Police patrol- HA thats a joke! Loud cars all the time, people having there music too loud (building 6), dogs barking all the time, not enough parking at all. We park in handicap spots because of the parking and on the curbs. Management-nice, don't see them much! Community interaction- none. Overall with all that's listed i'd give it a 6. On a scale from 1-10. Water is included in rent. The price of rent though does need to come down, over priced for this part of TX, County and place. It's not all what you think, it can be better!

Beautiful apartments (best in this area) & very nice management. BUT these apartments are VERY expensive for this area and I can now see they are built VERY poorly. Our electric bill for November and December were both almost $400 EACH!!! And its COLD in here! Its like there is absolutely no insulation! I am furious about the cost to heat our 2 bedroom apartment and am getting no answers. If you are military moving here I really suggest moving on base. This area is cold in the winter (currently snowed in and 23 degrees) and hot in the summer and you'll go broke heating or cooling your apartment here. We deserve to have a warm home without going poor! I hate saying anything negative since the management is so nice, and I know its not their fault, but this is ridiculous!

The apartments are ok but Burkburnett sucks. There is nothing here. I spend more time driving to and from Wichita Falls that it's worth it to just move to Wichita Falls. Don't waste all your time driving just move to Wichita Falls, Burkburnett is a dead town.
