Beautiful apartments (best in this area) & very nice management. BUT these apartments are VERY expensive for this area and I can now see they are built VERY poorly. Our electric bill for November and December were both almost $400 EACH!!! And its COLD in here! Its like there is absolutely no insulation! I am furious about the cost to heat our 2 bedroom apartment and am getting no answers. If you are military moving here I really suggest moving on base. This area is cold in the winter (currently snowed in and 23 degrees) and hot in the summer and you'll go broke heating or cooling your apartment here. We deserve to have a warm home without going poor! I hate saying anything negative since the management is so nice, and I know its not their fault, but this is ridiculous!

MISPELLED ON LAST ONE.....I agree with you, we live in a one bedroom here and the closet** is so cold I have to put a blanket under the door, actually every door to keep the cold air out!! For our one bedroom electric was $200.00 and we are NEVER home. It is ridiculous!
