We rented the apartment as soon as they opened. A short time latter they changed managers. Different policies were brought in. When the contract was about to expire,the new manager went over the apt. with almost white gloves for the inspection. You will be lucky to get any deposit back. This is the first apt.that we have ever rented that charged a fee to do paper-work to end the rental agreement.SO you are charged when you first rent and also when you end the lease.
