At first I fell in love with these apartments because they were spacious and the master bathroom is huge. But once my husband and I moved in, we realized the things I loved were nothing compared to the outrageous amount of money we spent on these overrated apartments. The rent is ridiculously high and for the amount of money that we spent we could only choose from two cable providers, and both of them are overpriced as well. The energy bills for two people who are working from 6:45 am until 7:00 pm was $300!!! We finally had to put EVERYTHING (and I mean everything) on a power surge protector to make sure we could turn everything off. That finally got out electric bill to $145 but still a little too much for us. The carpet sucks and you are supposed to get it professionally cleaned before you go but it doesn't seem like that has been done because when you walk on the carpet it feels as if you are walking on the ground. The shower never stayed hot long enough for my husband and I to take a shower and get ready in the morning. The apartment never stayed warm except for in the master bedroom and that is not helpful when you are trying to host a party for your friends. The stove doesn't cook at all and when your dinner or desserts are done completely the way they are supposed to be they will be burnt. The parking is a joke and there is rarely enough room to park by your respective apartment. And when you finally do get a good spot you have to hear other people talking about it through your windows...yes, you can hear everything from the neighbors especially the people above you, we could hear their tv... The "security gate" is not very helpful since the left one rarely closes and I have never seen the "security guard." Simply put, this place is not worth your money....
