I am a resident of this complex. The community is bad, the residents are rude and nasty. The manager here is the worst thing. She does not care about anything, she tampers with the residents packages delivered. She wont tell you when you have anything in the office. Your package can sit for 3 weeks without you knowing about it. She is rude, unprofessional, and I don't know how is it that she is the manager.

My apartment is shredding to pcs, they have fixed it more than 9 times and the problems still persit. The water bills are always wrong and are 2 months behing the scheduled times. The community is a gated community, but 6 times cars have been broken into and had stolen things and again the manager does not care since it is not her car.

It is true, the management is horrible, light switches in the apartment don't work, the apartment inside is full of bugs because the pest control comes once a month, the parking is horrible, it is noisy. I would not recomend the apartment to anyone.
