I lived at this complex for several years (4 ).
I have a $6335 on my credit because I took a job overseas and had to break my lease.
I gave over 30 days notice and left the apartment in 100% spotless condition.
No reason for this conduct other than BAD MANAGEMENT!!

The lease says that if it's broken that you're responsible for paying the remaining amount owed. I had the same problem when I lived at Park West Apartments on Crowley Road.
