Apparently the office management has stopped screening new tenants because there is a lot of riff raff and teenagers that have moved in very quickly since Mid-summer. Do not go in the office if you want to have your lungs collapse or your clothes smelling heavily like cigarette smoke. So the management is portraying, "We're laid back, we don't care about this place. Why should you'" and turning off all the good prospective renters. There has become a huge need for additional parking spaces. It has not become a problem yet, but with an addition of 4-5 more cars total for the entire complex and then there's going to be a problem. Very tight parking. The walls are very thin, outdated appliances, and outdated fixtures (60's-70's large round globe hanging by a chain in dining area). Very young children outside roaming and not being watched by their parents throwing objects and rocks at the vehicles. Drug deals going on at the gate late at night. Two Burleson cops sitting inside the apartment gates checking ID to anyone who entered. Obviously looking for someone with a colorful background or warrants. Manager parties at the pool with her cronies and brings glass into the pool area contradicting what is posted on the wall about NO GLASS. You know what they say about problems starting at the top right' I believe that is true, especially when the Manager is ON duty WORKING in the office and walking the grounds in outfits showing her cleavage and stomach. Only disrespectful, "one thing on the mind dudes" want to see that, definitely not what any "respectable person trying their best to raise their family here" wants to see. If we had the money to break our lease and leave today we would, however just 90 more days to go is what we keep telling ourselves. Oh, one more thing..Dog POO everywhere.
