My fiance and I have lived in a HVM managed apt. complex for over a year now and we have not been happy. The first apartment we lived in wasn't bad but the way things were handle with bad neibors was terrible. Now we live in a downstairs apartment that should have been completely remodled. We have mold everywhere we have three kids and we are all sick all the time. Our doors are improperly hung so now that it's winter we have cold air coming in and our heat is always running. We have complained and still nothing has been done. We recently receive a new manager in the office and she is terrible. We have a former tentant who lives above us who had before been kicked out of the apartments and now she's back. She stays up till 4am letting her kids run around noisly and from what i hear dealin out of her apartment. I have complained to the manager about the problems and she said she can't do anything that I should just call the police. Since when can't she walk up there and ask her to please keep the child quiet after hours' She's also very rude when you request for her to make a request to have somthing fixed. Anyone know HVM email'
