nice manager but crapy place

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
caldwell is small to begin with but i hated these apartments.
we just so happen to hit in the middle of the ghetto.
parties all night till 4 in the morning and they wouldn't shut up.
dont go here.
the manager was very nice and never complained, although that may be why we heard all the noise everyday all night.
