The apartments themselves are nice. When my roommate and I moved in we ended up detail cleaning because it was not done for us. The apartment was several days late in being ready for actual move-in...made it difficult arranging things with the apartment I was in previously. But we did get quite a bit of money taken off our first month of rent. We also had four work orders put in immediately. The one of painting a wall never happened so we finally hung pictures to cover the wall that looked bad. It is four months after we moved in and after 3 phone calls and one in-person visit, another work order finally has been completed. We wanted to stay a year; but because of the horrible maintenance, we cannot wait to get out of here.
