I have lived here for about six months, and I love it! There have been several maintenance problems, but for the most part things have gone smoothly.

The office is always very nice. The maintenance people usually have same-day service. We've had some pretty big plumbing issues lately where they have had to pry up flooring and such, but our apartment is still liveable and the problems should be fixed within the next week.

I really like the pool, except that a lot of times there are way too many people out there for way too long. And kids stay up pretty late playing volleyball (they must be young, because they scream and shout a lot). Other than that, things are great. It's pretty much the nicest complex in canyon, aside from maybe the retirement villages.
