My apt was very dirty upon moving in. They were late by three days on my move in date, so I didn't move in until two days before school started. My apt walls and flooes were very dirty and had black marks all over them. It took me two weeks to clean everything, from where it handed been cleaned before my move in. I was missing about half of the fixtures in my apt, however maintance was quick to respond. Although, my food disposal hasn't worked since move in. The apts are okay in all honesty, they're not bad for a first apt. The rent is relatively high for an individual. I pay 615 plus gas and electricity for a small two bedroom apt which ends up being about 700 a month.
