This apartment complex is within easy walking distance of WTAMU, which is the entire reason I'm staying here. The heating/air units are ancient, as well as the refridgerater. The laundry room has 4 washers and 4 dryers, although at least 1 of the dryers never works. The pool is not drained during the winter and serves mostly as a trash recepticle. It was drained and cleaned earlier this month, and as of today (24-May), it still has not been filled for the summer. After the last heavy snow of this winter I woke to find a small pile of snow on my living room floor, which tells you how tightly the doors fit. But, as I said, it is close to the university, and I'm still living here.
