went there the other day and payed $35 for an application. they assured us and made it sound like we would get the apartment for sure. They called us the next day saying they couldn't rent to me and my wife because i had a misdemeanor when i was 17!! this upset me but if they are so stuck up and don't want my money that is okay with me. My wife and i would of been one of the best tenants because we always pay our bills on time and we are nice and quiet. I rate this place very poorly. the laundry room looked pretty bad and the land lady didn't want our money. Her loss. I believe that is discrimination. I get haunted for something i did back when i was 17 is not right. Also they are not very pet friendly. It says pet friendly and they do accept pets but it is $400 per dog. I have 2 small dogs which would be almost $1000 to bring them with us. this place is a joke lol...the only thing that i would like is that they have a pool.
