I lived there for two years and loved it. The refrigerated ac units took a bit to get used to but once the manager explained how they worked and we did as they instructed it worked great. My electric bill even in the summer was never over $40.00. I thought the management did a good job of resolving any issues that came up professionally and efficiently. I think the owner really wanted everyone to be happy and the management did the best that could be expected considering all of the residents were college students like myself.
